FedEx delays beyond our control this week

FedEx has had huge shipping delays this week.  Delays that are completely out of our control.  We were told by FedEx that some were due to weather, but many more because of heavy shipping throughout the US and the holiday this past Monday.  Many packages that would have normally shipped from us on Thursday for Friday delivery may be shipped from our facility on Friday for Saturday delivery, if available, to avoid any delays within the FedEx system.  Next week FedEx should be back on track!  NOTE: If you experienced any delays for packages that we shipped you this past Tuesday but did not receive them until Thursday because of these delays, you may file a claim directly with FedEx by calling 1-800-463-3339 (1-800-go-fedex)

Website & Shipping Changes Coming Soon.

Right now, we are improving a few things at AAG Nurseries.  First is our website.  This site is great and easy to navigate, but we are adding some exciting enhancements that will enable our customers to do Secure Customer Login which will help you track what you buy,  Wish Lists so you can purchase items at a later time, and finally, we are improving the navigation even more so you can get around a little easier.  Some of these old pages at our site will soon get a little facelift and may look a tad different, but our faces here are the same, the quality is still incredible, and our prices have still not gone up!  AMAZING 

Shipping: We are currently negotiating a change with our shipping carrier to offer our customer's even better rates, especially for our friends on the East Coast where shipping costs have escalated dramatically.  We have your best interest at heart, and seriously care about saving you money.

Anubias grown on Driftwood, NOW AVAILABLE

Pick-up your Fish at the Fed-Ex Station Sound Interesting?
A recent customer commented that he had his Shrimp/Fish order sent FedEx next afternoon to be "held at the FedEx substation."  He arrived at FedEx when they opened at 9am and the fish were already there waiting for him.  Basically they were never put on a FedEx truck for delivery and he got them in the morning for the afternoon rate.  If this interests you, please let us know.  On our end, when we get ready to ship to you, we simply click a "HOLD AT FEDEX STATION" box in our FedEx Ship Manager.  If you visit www.Fedex.com, click on "Locations" at the top of the screen, fill in your address, and click on the "Hold at Location", and see if there is a location near you.  If ordering by shopping cart, please indicate under "Comments" to "Hold at FedEx station" and we'll take care of the rest.  You can always email orders@azgardens.com and inform us that way.
